Mahila Arthik Vikas Mahamandal (MAVIM) is the State Women Development Corporation engaged in implementing the Asian Development Bank assisted Maharashtra Agri. Business Network Project called as MAGNET Project , Under this project MAVIM intends to recruit eligible candidates on consultant basis as per positions sheet attached herewith. The said positions are based in Pune and 8 District in Maharashtra.

The candidates fulfilling the following eligibility criteria may apply

Consultancy Fees: Up to Rs.80,000/- (Per Month) TDS Deductible

Qualification and experience

Post graduate degree in Social Work, Masters in Women studies, Business Administration, Agricultural economics or Agri-business
At least 12 years of work experience and 7 years in managing women centric agri projects/ value chain projects. Experience in managing large funded projects is preferred.
Candidates having minimum 5 years work experience with MAVIM affiliated projects would be given preference.
Excellent command over computer is must.
Responsibilities

To represent MAVIM state office in MAGNET Central office.
To act as a nodal officer for implementing MAGNET Project for MAVIM as per project norms.
To mentor & facilitate MAGNET program execution for MAVIM in concern districts, do necessary co-ordination with line department. To develop monitoring & evaluation strategy.
To report MAGNET state office & MAVIM State office regarding progress of project.
