onnecting Dreams Foundation (CDF) is a non-profit organisation registered and licensed under section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956, Government of India.

Connecting Dreams Foundation aims to address the SDG-based challenges through entrepreneurial action and youth participation. CDF is working largely to utilize the potential of the youth and directing it towards activities that will lead to inclusive social development, enabling the achievement of SDGs. It provides the youth with an opportunity to bring about a sustainable and scalable change by working along the lines of 17 SDGs. We work to resolve a diverse set of challenges that align with the global narrative of SDGs, focusing on the multidimensionality of development from job creation, community development & empowerment, education, entrepreneurship, health, environment and many more.

It has empowered and created multiple urban and rural models for solving the key SDG challenges through systemic models of entrepreneurship.

Position: Associate Youth Program Manager

Location: Delhi/Mumbai/Remote

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday; 10-6:30 PM

CTC- 3-4 Lakhs P.A

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Youth Program Manager to oversee the implementation of our various youth engagement programs. CDF works with several leading educational institutions in India, wherein the students volunteer for a long-term engagement with our adopted communities and schools.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. College coordination: Working closely with various college teams and coordinating their workings

2. Workshop organisation: Conducting relevant workshops for the volunteers and organisation of various other events

3. Public relations: Managing the spread of information between the organization and the general public

4. Corporate engagement: Representing CDF at various corporate summits, CSR proposal creation, and management of fundraising activities

5. General communication: Monitoring and evaluating communication with various communities

6. Participating in other programs and activities as and when needed

• Is patient, empathetic, and possesses impeccable organizational and leadership skills, driven and can work proactively

• Is passionate about enabling and helping others to make a direct impact

• Excels in both high-level and detailed planning

• Enjoys problem-solving, is creative, and works well with people

Qualification:

1. Have an interest in sustainable development, be passionate about the mission of the CDF, including the pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals and Social Entrepreneurship

2. Be a proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate and manage workload across several projects/teams

3. Experience in stakeholder management - students, community, individuals in leadership positions

4. Be able to work remotely and maintain communication with a globe-spanning team

5. Can have prior experience in social development sector
