Job description:

• Responsible for operational aspects of the employee giving process and employee volunteering portfolio of CAF India including programmatic intervention
• Support research on employee giving, and use findings to promote new ideas and concepts.
• Design and manage Volunteering Calendar and activities.
• Co-ordinating with NGO for receipt and acknowledgement.
• Working with validation & MOU team for process smoothly.
• CAF India’s GAYE (Give as You Earn) product including client servicing, communications to market and strengthen the product and other engaging activities like events, volunteering with the existing clients.
• Create stories of hope and maintain a database of donors, payroll employees and create communications for GAYE (Give as You Earn) that can further encourage and boost up the existing database.
• Promote new ideas, concepts and generate more business opportunity for CAF India.
• Organize donor events/meet, campaigns and other fund-raising events at corporates enrolled in GAYE
• Expert knowledge of the life cycle of engagement marketing
• Experience with building relationships with people at all levels
• Perform other related task as may be assigned by line manager.

Qualification:

• Minimum of Graduate, Management, or NGO sector.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Employee Engagement/ payroll giving/client servicing
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google sheets and power point.
• Familiar working with social sector will be added advantage

Duration: 6 months, may be extended on need basis
