NFI invites applications for Two Field Program Officers (FPO) to manage, coordinate, and monitor Capacity Building Programmes of civil society organizations in 3 states: Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha.
The position of the FPO is State level.
You are suitable to apply if you have:
A Post-graduate degree in social work/rural development/social sciences
A minimum experience of 4-7 years in the sector with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Willingness to travel extensively
Role will include:
Program and Financial management specially at the State level
Organizing and facilitating capacity building interventions for civil society organizations
Hand Hold small civil society organizations to provide onsite support in their operations
Requisite Knowledge & Skills:
Good understanding of the socio, economic, polity of the concerned states.
Information of Central and State Government’s entitlements for the marginalized and the weaker sections of the society
Ability to understand issues faced by small organizations,
Microsoft office proficiency (word, excel and power point)
Should be a Team Player
Proficiency in English and Hindi (For the post of Odisha, proficiency in Odia language is mandatory)
Remuneration:
Rs Five to Six lakhs per annum.
