Role: Associate Faculty- English
Project: English-Winglish
Experience: 3 years of work experience is essential in the education sector, with a focus on training teachers and content development for imparting English Language skills.

Qualification: Post-graduate in English Literature or any relevant discipline OR Graduate (English Literature/ B.Ed./any other relevant field) with significant experience will also be considered

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Designing & Planning

• Assist the English-Winglish faculty with creating an annual training plan for the designated location
• Make creative additions to the sessions in terms of activities, homework & other possible tools of engagement
• Design and plan for ways to keep the participants invested outside of the training and observation period

2. Execution & Facilitation

• Assist the English-Winglish faculty and the team with logistics to facilitate the training
• Ensure the sessions are engaging and teachers are highly interested in the program
• Support co-facilitators both before and during the training
• Facilitate sessions as per the requirement  

3. Data Analysis and impact assessment 

• Conduct Baseline and Endline assessment of every teacher involved in the training, 
• Analyze the data derived from the assessment and formulate further actionable strategies in collaboration with the English-Winglish team 
• Gather feedback, analyze data and implement next steps in forthcoming 
• Reports to be prepared on completion of every training and to be shared with the English-Winglish team, location teams and relevant government officials.

4. Contribution to the overall organization development 

• Participate and engage with other project teams in the location 
• Contribute time to other training programmes as per the requirement  
• Work in complete collaboration with the Kolkata TMF team and assist them with other project tasks as directed by the location head.
