Qualifications and Skills
 
JSI India seeks a results-oriented individual with the ability to produce and collaborate with teams in producing high quality deliverables, manage multiple concurrent tasks, and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail. The successful candidate is required have:
Post Graduate qualification in Public Health/health management or equivalent
Minimum 3-4 years of progressive work experience in the field of Public Health
Experience in immunization field at National/State/Division level is desirable
Knowledge and experience of training in public health field will be preferable
Good understanding of India’s Universal Immunization Program
Experience supporting workplan and budget implementation/ monitoring
Proven ability to organize, analyse, interpret and evaluate project performance and research data
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi.
Proven ability to design and write reports and other dissemination materials would be an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent interpersonal relations and ability to work in a team
Willingness and ability to travel within India as per project needs (max 20% of time)
