TITLE: JUNIOR ASSOCIATE - HUMAN RESOURCES

The current opening is with the central team of Moolya Foundation. The work from home position is ideal for candidates looking to gain early-stage work experience in a high growth non-profit start-up culture. TERMS OF REFERENCE

ELIGIBILITY CRITERION

• No prior work experience is required. However, candidates with past experience shall be prioritized.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute actively in maintaining an efficient and holistic working environment;

• Manage the workflow and provide HR support

• Participate in interviews and official webinars

• Develop hiring strategies to recruit new members

• Coordinate events, and outreach activities

• Participate in online events and webinars.

BENEFITS • No stipend will be paid but a ‘Certificate of Completion’ and ‘Letter of Recommendation’ shall be issued upon satisfactory completion of the internship,

• Free-of-cost access to all the paid sessions of Moolya Foundation,

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Work from Home internship with flexible work hours,

• Minimum 3 months of duration,

• Please ensure to have a laptop/ desktop and a stable internet connection.
