ESAF Society formed in 1992 has nurtured  several  enterprises described as the ESAF Group of Social Enterprises.  ESAF as a group had started initiatives in Jharkhand 11 years ago to respond to the needs of tribal community in the area including Santhals and 
Maltos. 

In the initial years,our primary focus was on education for the most deprived communities in the area and we had setup several village level schools to make education accessible for all. Later, we started several skilling programs for the rural artisans and weavers and this activity has grown substantially now with export customers like IKEA among our clientele. 

We are having an YOY growth of more than 900% and with more products being added every year across different raw material categories like bamboo, water hyacinth etc. 

To manage the exponential growth we foresee we would like to take people in the role at Dumka in Jharkhand.

JOB ROLE:

We are looking for quality associate to monitor and improve the quality of our operational processes and outputs.The quality associate resposibilities include designing quality standards inspecting materials,equipments,processes and products,developing quality control systems and determining corrective actions.You will also work with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma in Mechanical,B.Tech/B.E in Automobile,Mechanical

Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good in System handling
