Position: Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead an establish quality assurance program through a paradigm shift to a continual quality improvement program in a manage care environment.
· Define a new department process for documenting and managing bugs
· Coordinate efforts between multiple teams to achieve product quality goals.
· Manage customer relations, specifications, and testing procedures for QC functions concerning client products.
· Provide oversight of products being produce complies with customer specifications and quality requirements.
· Manage the development and preparation of key reliability metrics and analysis make available through local maintenance and engineering software programs.
· Work with all new teams and help train them get up to speed regarding quality assurance practices and SOPs
· Experience in tools like JIRA, Bugzilla defect tracking systems.
· Serve as SME collaborating with vendor throughout the SDLC.
· Participate in the SDLC from planning to post verification.
· Coordinate efforts between engineering, QA, business, and vendor teams.
· Facilitate, create and evangelize agile, scrum and lean processes and methodologies.
· Hold weekly status meetings with key stakeholders regarding the status of various quality assurance projects.
· Balance competing objectives across various quality and oversight activities.
· Develop reports covering data analysis and corrective action preventive action (CAPA) base on transaction monitoring.
· Review, author and execute the remediation plans
· Implement DMAIC approach to quality planning activities (management review).
