• Educated to a master’s degree level (any discipline)

Desirable Skills:

• Fluent in Oriya (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of working with qualitative data
• Experience of conducting, transcribing, and coding interviews
• A Business/Management academic background

Bonus Skills:

• Experience working with N-Vivo software
• Familiarity with strategic management concepts/theory
• Experience of theory development in the social sciences

Gross Salary: 65000/month
