Key Responsibilities:

1.Attend programs as an observer.

2.Support the reporting head in periodic auditof on-going programsand suggest appropriate corrective solutions, wherever required.

3.Support the reporting head in data collation and mining.

4.Travel to partner site as per the defined process to support pre-launch activity.

5.Build relationship with partners and provide support for program launch and ensure quality/fidelity.

6.Ensure internal team compliance to definedquality process.

7.Identify and escalatesituations where fidelity to ECHO model is compromised.

8.Update information on ECHO related software.

9.Support the training team in conducting fidelity training for partners and in-house team.

10.Support the reporting head in fidelity report writing.

Key Performance Indications: (Measurable Aspects):

1.%age of projects where process compliance was met

2.%age of projects where fidelity score is more than 60

3.Timely submission of reports

4.Quarter audit of all on-going programs

Minimum Qualification:   MBBS / BDS / BHMS/ BAMS/MPH is desirable

Experience:   2-4years

Language:  English, Hindi

Knowledge, Skill and Ability

•Excellentcommunication skills (verbal and written)

•Conceptual thinking

•Analytical thinking

•Good knowledge of excel

•Good knowledge of statistics (intermediate level)•Knowledge of 6 sigma tools and SPSS/R will be an added advantage
