We are committed to helping non-profit organisations in education and arts and culture. Within the education pillar, we are focused on financial literacy for low and middle-income individuals through our financial education platform, Multiply (multiply.org.my).
Creador Foundation is currently looking for a motivated self-starter to join the Multiply team in expanding Multiply into the Indian market. This role will be based in Mumbai, India.
Job scope
The Associate (based in Mumbai) will work alongside the Senior Programme Manager for Multiply India in Mumbai and the Creador Foundation Senior Programme Manager in Kuala Lumpur to deliver Multiply India.
The job scope includes:
• Research of the Indian financial literacy landscape and the financial habits of the Indian population
• Gathering accurate data on the financial planning topics most relevant to the Indian target population
• Translating insights obtained to design a content plan for Multiply India
• Writing well-structured content on chosen financial literacy topics (where relevant) in lay person terms, using a user-friendly format
• Providing input and assisting with the fact-checking of published content where necessary, including social media and digital marketing content
• Building on content from Multiply Malaysia to create content specific to the Indian market through a combination of developing content in-house (and/or through freelancers) and engaging with suitable vendors
• Sourcing and working closely with freelancers/vendors to produce content that meets the requirements of Multiply India
• Coordinating all backend activities to ensure the smooth running of the Multiply India platform
• Assisting with the planning and running of focus groups to test out website content
• Forming partnerships, preparing external communication materials & running outreach programmes as needed, to maximise the reach of Multiply India
