Job Description:
Understanding and contributing to the organization's internal culture, for both members and systems.
Coordinate end-to-end hiring, human resource management, performance management, communication processes, in close coordination with the leadership team.
Create appropriate policies and systems for human resources, internal communications, leaves, travel etc.
Facilitate a learning culture and continuous growth of team members, with regular internal training programs, and performance management of team members.
Assist with the admin dept in various functions relating to attendance, vacations, transactions, etc.
Assist with reports/project proposals/email communication.
Skills Needed:
Ability to learn and unlearn the social understanding of people and processes.
Self-starter with a drive and determination to achieve goals and targets.
Excellent communication in interpersonal skills, with a proficiency in English and Hindi (Oral and Written).
Ability to manage, motivate and inspire people to embrace change.
Applicants with formal training in Human Resource Management would be preferred.
