About TCL
Trust Community Livelihoods (TCL) is working for social and economic development of districts of eastern Uttar Pradesh since 2011. TCL’s key programs are agriculture based Livelihoods promotion, Education, Migration, Implementation of MGNREGA and Community Institution Building. 
Job description 
•    Provide support and undertake activities of women FPO in Bahraich at block level
•    Educate and aware farmers on FPO’s business activity
•    Work with women leaders of community organization and provide them exposure to businesses and develop their business skills and capacity 
•    Train and handhold women leaders in commercial dealings and transactions 
•    Estimate demand and identify supply sources for inputs required in agriculture operations.
•    Estimate production of agriculture outputs of various commodities 
•    Aggregate farmer produce, sort and grade and store as required on the GP/block
•    Work with women leaders of community organization and Identify new opportunities in the agriculture value chains 
•    Maintain all field data, records and files and submit various reports as required.
•    Look after all business activities that the women groups as Producer groups engage in from procurement to input supply and any kind of enterprise.
•    Support and work with CRPs and Agri. Entrepreneurs (AE) at the village level for development of the Business of AE.  
Preferred experience 
•    Worked with women SHGs and their Federations 
•    Worked with business development of community organizations (Federations, Producer companies, Cooperatives, Mutual Benefit Trusts, etc.) on agriculture value chains - inputs and outputs of agriculture 
•    Worked with Mandis and rural markets 
Skills 
•    Skills and attitude to develop community women leaders and members 
•    Business planning and execution skills 
•    Team building 
•    Sensitive to gender issues, stigma and barriers to social inclusion.
•    Must have leadership and managerial skills.
•    Demonstrated ability to work with people from diverse social and religious backgrounds and have experience working with the government people.

Minimum Qualification:
•    Graduate or Post Graduate in Agriculture and/or agri-business/Social Work/Rural Development.
•    Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Livelihood Promotion, Business development, marketing and working with FPO
•    Must have strong communication, capacity building and negotiation skills
•    Must have strong Leadership Quality
•    Well versed with Ms-Office Applications
•    Willingness to travel
Compensation: 
Up to 2.16 lacs PA based on prior experience and qualification of the candidate.
