Job Description

To contribute to the growth of a new focused vertical for M&E research & consulting as well as leading and managing M&E projects for quality and timeliness of each deliverable

Key responsibilities will be to:

➢ The M&E Manager would work closely with the Head M&E

➢ The work of the candidate will include, but not be limited to, the following tasks and responsibilities

➢ He/she will be responsible in conceptualising and Operationalizing M&E activities for the clients.

➢ He/she will be responsible for reviewing the client needs and Provide solutions to the clients in consultation with Head M&E

➢ He/she would, in particular, play a major role in collation and consolidation client needs and Provide solutions; will be the single Point of contact (SPOC) for the M&E Related Projects or any other Project assigned by organisation

➢ He/she will play a key role in compiling the data from the proposed MIS and analyse the same accordingly at the client needs.

➢ Provide support to teams in related to data - Primary and secondary for writing proposals and reports as required.

➢ Analyse the available data sources as per needs

➢ Developed NEERMAN M&E Related Products in coordination with Head – M&E deliver the same timely and ensure high level standards are maintained.

➢ Coordinate with data team, tech partners in ensured M&E related dashboards are developed in time and delivered

➢ Write Proposals for new Projects as assigned by Head M&E and CEO

➢ Provide support for Evaluation studies commissioned for clients as per needs

➢ Collect data and other public policy and program information from various government institutions, including central ministries, subnational government and statistical agencies.

➢ Maintain up-to-date and accurate databases of aggregate and disaggregated national and subnational information and ensure that they are readily searchable and accessible by other team members.

➢ Engage with counterparts at the technical level, including working with them to jointly produce analyses and supporting programs aimed at building their capacity in analyses.

➢ Conduct quantitative and qualitative desk research and analyses on datasets under limited supervision.

➢ Prepare reports, presentations, written briefs and policy notes, and draft technical sections of reports based on the above analyses under limited supervision.

➢ He or she may also be required to work on other programme pillars and work streams as required.

➢ Support the clients and Inhouse team in developing abstracts and presentation papers for conferences regarding data and statistical inferences.

Skill Sets:

➢ 8+ years of monitoring, research, evaluation, and/or learning experience in public health, education, WaSH, Child rights, and child centered programs

➢ Ability to perform modelling and synthesize quantitative data using a variety of software packages (Stata or R or Python or SPSS or equivalent statistical package, Excel)

➢ Excellent knowledge on excel with knowledge of writing macros.

➢ A depth knowledge of data analysis using statistical test, Data modelling and projections

➢ Ability to present analysis in presentation (PowerPoint), narrative (Word), or numerical (Excel) forms.

➢ Experience in large-scale funded programs and donor reporting as well as using data for program decision-making and improvement

➢ Demonstrated ability to design and execute dashboards using excel and access.

➢ Familiarity with impact evaluations and randomized control trial methodologies

➢ Excellent quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills

➢ Experience in designing the data entry formats for survey instruments, data collection tools, as well as training and managing decentralized teams.

➢ Experience in handling ICT based data.

➢ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

➢ Ability to travel to field locations frequently and collaborate with partners and colleagues remotely.

Education Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Statistics, Demography or any other relevant social science disciplines.
