PhD (most preferred) with 05 years or relevant work experience or post-graduate with 10 years of experience as lead researcher with exposure to proposal writing, questionnaire development, data analysis, report writing and finalization expertise.

Relevant Experience could be in the areas of: social science/development research and evaluation. Experience in the areas of education, governance, indigenous community development and Panchayat Raj.
