We provide all kind of necessary management support and services to the rural ecosystem by actively participating with rural communities and integrating sustainable business practices and solutions.
We are looking to hire a dedicated and enthusiastic professional who will be contributing towards all the key business activities of the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the project lead in understanding the nature of research and developing
implementation plans in line with project deliverables.
• Articulate hypothesis of the research or study to be undertaken
• Design research studies methodologies as per the nature of assignment
• Produce research-based briefings
• Develop proposals for new research and study projects
• Develop linkages with national/ international/ research
agencies/experts/universities/government organizations
• Conduct prospecting visits to identify, prepare & promote new opportunities.
• Support evidence-based learning by assessing & monitoring levels of community engagement
through supporting research, impact surveys, perception & case studies.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Should be a post graduate (MBA preferrable)
2. Previous experience working in rural setting.
3. Good verbal and written communication skills
4. Language Proficiency: English, Hindi/Marathi
5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and adherence to deadlines
6. Self-motivated and able to work independently
