The Manager/Associate Manager – Academics is expected to pursue active research in policy and governance to identify the gap in the existing learning interventions and to understand the challenges and needs in the area. They should be capable of planning, designing and establishing short duration programmes to provide timely learning interventions to fill those gaps. Manager/Associate Manager – Academics will then strategise the feasibility of the programmes and manage its financial viability. They will explore the possibilities to collaborate with the finest faculty/leaders/professionals/institutes/industries in the domain for meaningful exchange through programmes. They will ensure the active learning among the learners from the research and experiences of the professionals, and provide requisite inputs for improvements and contribute in making the executive education vertical at Rashtram to become a knowledge centre for practical understanding on emerging economies.

Educational Qualifications:
Master’s in Public Policy/ Public Administration / Political Science / Social Sciences
2 years of experience

Location:Rashtram Campus, Sonipat, Haryana (50Km, 1.5hrs of travel from Delhi)

Compensation: ₹2.4 lakhs – 5.2 Lakhs per annum (depending on experience and skills)
