Qualification/Experience

Essential Qualification & Experience:

The candidate should have an advanced degree (Masters/M.Phil/PhD or above) in Development Studies/ Population Studies/ Social Work/ Public Policy/ Gender Studies etc from Institutions of National Importance such as IITs, IIMs, NITs, TISS and Central Universities or equivalent.

The candidate should have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience working with Central or State government, UN Agencies or INGOs. The candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in MDGs, SDGs, programme/project design, planning, implementation, monitoring and impact assessment Programme/project in the areas mentioned above.

Desirable: The candidate should have excellent leadership and communication skills - written and presentation. He/she should have publications in peer-reviewed journals or edited volumes with reputed publishers/ INGOs.

Consolidated remuneration per month:

1,75,000/- (Rupees One Lakh seventyfive thousand only)

Tenure: 5 years with annual renewal of the contract based on performance
