THE P4 is an initiative of VAACHI Group whose other running company is DSC PUBLIC SCHOOL which is a great successful venture and had achieved an immense height in running DSC franchise centers all over Gujarat from the past 15 years. Now THE P4 is coming up with a new business model in edutech sector which is going to solve the problem of every school business owner as well as the students and their parents. We want to set a benchmark in the field of education and imparting knowledge which should continue for decades.

The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms. 

Responsibilities

·        Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency

·        Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness all social media channels

·        Create and implement social media strategies

·        Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology

·        Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience

·        Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc.

·        Oversee influencer marketing and influencer relationships

·        Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

·        Staying up to date with industry trends and strategies.

·        Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

·        Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

Requirements

·        Proven work experience

·        Hands-on experience in content management

·        Excellent copywriting skills

·        Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)

·        Knowledge of online marketing channels

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Analytical and multitasking skills

·        Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure

·        2-3 years of Experience as Social Media Manager
