Social Media Associate
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Define the most important social media KPIs.
- Manage, curate and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Provide a monthly report on the organisation’s media presence, trends, opportunities and challenges.
- Explore & experiment with alternative channels to disseminate the Organisation’s message and showcase its work.
- Adapt the organisation’s media strategy in a timely fashion to ensure relevance.
Deep passion for Natural Farming, Sustainable Agriculture, Agroecology and nurturing ecosystems. A minimum of 1 years of experience in social media communications including a demonstrable track record of leadership in the field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language. Working knowledge of at least two other Indian languages. Relevant academic qualifications will be useful.

Remuneration
Salaries will be based on the role and commensurate with qualification, skills and experience as per the sector norms.
Base Location
Successful candidates are expected to relocate to Hyderabad (except State Coordinators who will be based out of their assigned State) after travel restrictions due to Covid-19 are lifted, and it is safe to move. Field visits, as and when needed, are part of the job.
