VACANCY FOR OPERATING PARTNER - HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

Education: MHA/MBA in Hospital/Healthcare Management or its equivalent from a recognized institution

Experience: Minimum 12 years in Business Modelling, Healthcare Infrastructure Planning, Public Health Management Consulting, Healthcare Financing, PPP

Area of specialization: Hospital & Healthcare Management or Public Health professional along with Business Development experience

Profile brief:
Integra Ventures (IV) is looking for a working partner having an accomplished Healthcare management profile to lead the organization’s growth initiatives. Integra has operating partners out of its other office locations having definitive responsibilities as assigned by the board.
Primarily, the partner is expected to lead the Business Development initiatives and also oversee the projects being executed from New Delhi office/as assigned by the Founder/Managing Partner of the organization.

BD roles & responsibilities:
●       Actively pursue for potential projects across all the service verticals of IV
●       Lead Integra Ventures’ Business Development endeavours from New Delhi office including medical expo, conferences, etc.,
●       Liaison with Government, Non-Government organizations, Private organizations, PSUs for lead generation & conversion of projects;
●       Preparation of Business development documents (EOIs, RFPs, Proposals, Presentations)
●       Client relationship management

Project Management:
●       End to end project management - Strategy design, implementation and project/program monitoring and evaluation
●       Planning & coordinating to ensure smoothly execution of different projects and timely submission of deliverables.
●       Attending important meetings, discussions and joint visit to the site of the projects, as and when necessary.

New Delhi Branch Operations:
●       Overall operations of New Delhi office including financial management
●       Guide and mentor, the New Delhi team across all the verticals
●       Able to meet the annual plan/target of the branch
