2. Previous work experience with Government stakeholder, Development partners and corporates.
3. A track record of working on operational excellence projects

4. Understanding of behavior science principles and concepts of design thinking

Job Description:
1. Reviewing and evaluating the existing policies at NHA under AB- PMJAY and ABDM with a view to improve the efficiency of its policy implementation
2. Identifying gaps in the current system and conceptualizing design processes/nudge mechanisms/innovative interventions bringing together multi-disciplinary approaches to solve for the identified gaps
3. Ensuring on-ground implementation of the designed processes and mechanisms by working together with different stakeholders of interest
4. Creating a monitoring framework to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the processes implemented and ensuring frequent outcome tracking and course-correction, as needed
5. Work in cross-functional and highly dynamic environment to ensure operational excellence across aspects of scheme implementation and adoption, with ownership of projects.  
6. Develop, implement and closely monitor work plans ensuring alignment with ABDM and AB PM JAY objectives and timely closure of deliverables
7. Lead co-ordination with various stakeholders across participating states/UTs (both government and private) to ensure their participation and engagement with ABDM
8. Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relations; collaborate on program design and project management; conduct research and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis; and provide advisory support to senior government stakeholders
9. Developing the knowledge management roadmap to accelerate sourcing, sharing and practical application of innovative and ground-breaking solutions of the health sector, with a focus on digital health
10. Identifying global best practices and research to feed into critical thinking for the discourse
11. Contribute by writing policy briefs or blog posts around identified project themes
