Requirements:

• Candidate should have Post Graduate Degree in Management / Rural Development / Rural Management / MSW / Marketing from recognized university or institute.
• S/he should have minimum 7 years’ of post qualification experience of working in Government Agency / Society / NGO / Private Sector out of which at least 3 years’ post qualification experience in Enterprise sector.
• Preference will be given to candidates having exposure to rural area of Bihar and proven experience of Enterprise set up / rural or social marketing.
• S/he should possess skill of establishing business network and liaison with business enterprise, relevant government / private agencies and service providers.
• S/he should have good communication skill (both oral and written) and proficiency in working with MS Office is a must.

Role:

• S/he will be responsible for designing policy framework, strategies for Non-Farm sector under SJY.
• S/he will lead the development of standard POP for micro-enterprise promotion for SJY households.
• S/he will be responsible for mapping non-farm clusters and designing strategies for cluster development.
• S/he will be responsible for roll out of Enterprise Development training for SJY households.
• Her / his responsibility will also include capacity building of relevant project staff / community cadre and managing partnership.
• Establishing business network and liaison with business enterprise, relevant government agencies and service providers.
• S/he will be responsible for facilitating enterprise financing in coordination with Bank and other Govt. agencies
• Position required field visit of at least 10-12 days in a calendar month
