Position: Project Manager- Uttarpradesh

Key Responsibilities:

● Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, in collaboration with stakeholders.

● Team Management: Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including engineers, healthcare specialists, and support staff, to ensure project objectives are met.

● Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare institutions, and community organizations.

● Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints, making adjustments as necessary to optimize resources.

● Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges to project success and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.

● Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.

● Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.

● Capacity Building: Provide training and capacity-building support to project team members and partners to enhance their skills and knowledge.

● Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor project activities and outcomes, conduct periodic evaluations, and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's or master's degree in project management, public health, social work, or a related field.

● Proven experience (minimum 1 year) managing complex projects, preferably in the healthcare sector or development context.

● Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

● Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

● Experience working in Uttar Pradesh or other similar contexts in India is highly desirable.

● Proficiency in project management tools and software.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
