Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the project and manage it end-to-end, lead a high-quality team and effectively break down work streams and ensure high-outcome orientation
- Prepare strategic road maps and implementation plans with goals and milestones
- Identify operational bottlenecks and weaknesses, and devise resolution pathways along with the team
- Ensuring fulfilment of target-based student engagement and learning outcomes
- Develop and manage strong working relationships with the key officials at the district level and key leaders at the partner organisations
- Manage day-to-day operations and liaise with the district to ensure the required buy-in, inputs, permissions and resources are made available
- Collaborate effectively with the internal teams as per the needs of the program
- Actively build internal capabilities and support team members by sharing learnings, providing feedback, and ensuring their training and development
- Develop comprehensive reports, decks, and case studies on the programs and share regular updates with management as required.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or equivalent degree from a top-tier institution
- At least 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience with managerial responsibilities and a track record of excellence
- Familiarity and exposure to the field of education and educational technology
- Excellent program, stakeholder and team-management skills including the ability to connect with people across lines of difference
- Ability to design, plan and implement large-scale programmes
- Extremely high analytical, synthesis and problem-solving abilities
- Work under tight deadlines in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment to achieve targets independently and under pressure
- Good research, writing and communication skills and comfortable representing the program externally
- High level of flexibility and responsiveness to organisational requirements
- Management/ strategy consulting background is preferred
- Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Data crunching and analysis.
