JOB RESPONSIBILITY
● collaborate with all Project stakeholders to understand their M&E methodologies.
● build & maintain database management systems to host common data.
● identify key metrics of each project and program area and monitor progress on these on a regular basis.
● collate relevant data, analyze and interpret the data using both quantitative and qualitative methods
● create dashboards for sharing key metrics to internal stakeholders and external audiences as needed
● support partner organizations with the data management system, as needed
● collect data and insights for detailed documentation and report writing related to community meetings and workshops / engagements
● maintain and utilize a working knowledge of significant developments, trends, and best practices in the field of M&E & Impact assessment.
● Create systems and protocols through proper debriefs & evaluation to ensure thatlessons learnt from each visit are applied in the next through best practices, templates etc.
SKILLS
● 2 to 3 years of work experience in monitoring, impact evaluation, or knowledge management
● a university degree in a relevant field (Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Economics, Business, Development Studies, rural development, social work)
● strong analytical and data management skills
● excellent understanding of diverse research methodologies
● proficiency in MS Office Tools, particularly excel or equivalent
● proficiency in latest data collection & analyzing tools
● ability to synthesize monitoring data into effective presentation of results to help guide recommendations on performance improvement.
● the ability to work with and influence a wide range of stakeholders ranging from international donors, research agencies, to academia
● strong written and verbal communication skills
● the ability to thrive in a target focused environment and are highly self-motivated and results orientated
● Fluent spoken and written Hindi and English language skills are essential. Given our pan-India presence, competencies in additional languages would be preferred ideally Khasi and Garo.
