Position: Field Assistant/Specialist (Accounts & Administration and MIS)

Location: Champawat, Uttarakhand
Key Responsibilities:

Accounts
- Handle cash transactions for the settlement of field staff and project expenses
- Prepare cash expense statements and submit them to the respective branch
- Identify competent vendors and contractors
- Material procurement
- Follow up and monitor the process of the procurement procedure
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and systems while executing projects or administrative activities
- Monitor material utilization at the site and ensure stock records are accurate
- Collect bills from suppliers and staff

MIS
- Maintain all project-related documents, beneficiary details, farmer agreements, photos, etc.
- Maintain and update project progress information and project MIS
- Coordinate with the Program Leader for project progress, prepare project progress reports, financial statements, and MIS data
- Maintain all physical and electronic copies of documents required for audit and accounting purposes
- Perform any other assigned tasks

Administration
- Arrange local travel
- Arrange project and administrative events
- Record keeping and timely payment of office administrative expenses (electricity, internet, rent, etc.)
- Manage office automation at branch offices
- Coordinate between the Central office and project staff for administrative issues
- Maintain leave records for project staff
Educational Background/Qualifications required:
- Graduation (Multidiscipline), preferably Master's/Graduation in Commerce stream/subjects and others relevant to desired skills and competencies
- Fluency in Hindi & English (written and spoken)
- Willingness for regular domestic travel
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
