???? Role 1 : M&E Expert for Skills and TVET ecosystem
✳ Experience: 5+ years
???? Educational Qualifications: MBA/ Postgraduate degree in Social Science Economics/ Statistics/ Social Science/ Rural Development/ Labor Economics/ information technology, or any other related field. 
???? Job Description:
1.     Experience of developing M&E frameworks for large scale projects, conducting impact evaluation assessments, Experimental Studies
2.     Proficiency in using statistical analysis software, such as SPSS & STATA; Excel and Qualitative data analysis software will be an asset
3.     Experience in using frameworks such as log frames etc. would be preferred.
4.     Experience of working in at least one project using web-based monitoring and evaluation tools is necessary.
 
???? Role 2 : Skills and TVET experts
✳ Experience: 5+ years
???? Educational Qualifications: MBA/ Postgraduate degree in Social Science Economics/ Statistics/ Social Science/ Rural Development/ Labor Economics/ information technology, or any other related field. 
???? Job Description:
1.     In-depth understanding of the Indian TVET landscape, including policies, regulations, and key stakeholders
2.     Experience of working with Sector Skill Councils, demonstrating knowledge of their functioning, processes, and procedures
3.     Experience of working in multilateral projects such as ADB, World Bank
4.     Experience of implementing Training of Trainers (ToT) and Training of assessors (ToA) programs
5.     Experience of writing DPRs, FRS, BRDs, project proposals, client presentations and reports.
6.     Excellent communication and presentation skills
7.     Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting
