consultant role; and recommended skills, knowledge and experience. Graduate/ Postgraduate. Preferably specialising in areas such as MBA, development studies, social work, CA, HR, etc.
2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in an NGO or corporate across any/ many of the Organisational Development (OD) areas such as Strategy, Human Resources, Fundraising, M&E, Finance, Marketing & Comms, etc.
Preferred work experience in the social sector i.e. Fellowship, working in an NGO, social consulting organistion or CSR team that involved an element of building capacities of individual or teams through training, mentorships, development programmes, etc
Responsibility:
Co-designing and leading the delivery of quality programs/ projects/frameworks to build the capacity of partners and their team members that align with best practices, defined quality standards and the specific OD needs.
Conducting research and providing mentorship and guidance to individuals and/ or teams to enhance their skills and knowledge throughout the partnership in line with industry best practices.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and other key stakeholders including facilitating communication and collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of capacity-building programmes by collecting and analysing data to measure the impact, maintaining accurate records of programme activities and performing regular evaluations/ reviews/ surveys/ assessments.
Documenting learnings in the form regular reports, collaterals, articles, case studies, etc. for internal and external stakeholders on program progress, outcomes, and challenges. Participate (lead/facilitate/observe) in NGO recruitment and onboarding activities (including outreach) for the various Atma programmes.
Participate in and facilitate workshops/ webinars conducted (at times outside of the dedicated partnerships). Conduct regular research and update the content for best practices and latest trends.
Conducting site visits, in-person and virtual meetings and represent Atma at external events. Working with Volunteers to ensure the success of the project delivery and responsible for the volunteer experience at Atma.
Providing support to partners in times of crisis or unforeseen challenges, offering guidance on adapting strategies and mitigating negative impacts.
