Job Description/Responsibility:

• Explore and pursue opportunities to support and expand operations of the Producer Company.

• The CEO will report the Board of directors and must assist the board in formulation of goals, strategies, business plan etc.

• Ensure timely availability of raw material and generation of business from various marketing platforms so as to ensure the sales of the products of producer company.

• Develop business plan and mobilising resources for the Producer Company and implement the same.

• Ensure increase in top line (business turnover) and bottom line (Net Profit) of the company.

• Have a working relationship with donors and other business communities like processors, packagers and retailers, corporate houses, traders, input suppliers, government officials etc in the interest of the producer company and to conduct any such function which shall help in business expansion and development of the Producer Company.

• Initiatives to be taken to build up share capital of the producer company by mobilising more farmers to join Producer Company.

• Increase the business lines towards achieving sustainable growth of the organisation.

• Managing proper books of records, prepare annual reports and auditory compliances and presenting audited reports in annual general meeting.

• Integrating with technology and exploring alternatives for value addition of primary and secondary products.

• Business development and ensure profitability for the producers

• Perform administrative acts of a routine nature including managing the day to day affairs of the producer company.

• Sign and Execute MOU’S for business-related activities as may be authorized by the board for and on behalf of the Producer Company.

# Other Requirements:

• The CEO must be able to read, write and speak proficiently in Hindi and English.

• The candidate must have basic computer knowledge and must be able to respond to emails, have basic internet knowledge and be adept at MS Office. (Knowledge of Tally software is an advantage)

• The candidate must be able to multi-task and lead a team in a dynamic environment.

• The candidate must be passionate, energetic and have a strong willingness to work for the community. Remuneration Details: 40 – 60K per month along with other benefits like medical & life insurance and incentives.
