Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate MBBS Doctor to join our healthcare team. The MBBS Doctor will provide primary medical care, diagnose illnesses, prescribe treatments, and offer medical advice to patients. This role requires clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient well-being.
Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Care:
• Conduct comprehensive medical examinations, including history-taking, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose medical conditions and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Prescribe medications, treatments, and therapies as needed.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
2. Emergency Care:
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate medical care.
• Stabilize patients in critical condition before referring or transferring to specialized facilities if necessary.
3. Patient Education:
• Educate patients about their medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Answer patient questions and address concerns regarding their health.
4. Medical Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, examination findings, and treatment plans.
5. Collaborative Care:
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and support staff.
• Refer patients to specialists when required and coordinate their care.
6. Compliance and Regulations:
• Ensure compliance with medical ethics, regulations, and healthcare standards.
• Stay updated with medical advancements, treatment guidelines, and best practices
Qualifications and Experience
• MBBS degree from a recognized medical school.
• Valid medical license and registration.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
