The National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA) in collaboration with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) is launching a prestigious “Young Professionals Program” for the North-East Region of India (NER-YPP). The NER YPP is a highly competitive fellowship program that aims to attract highly qualified and motivated individuals under the age of 30.

10 fellows will be hired and will be paid a stipend of 50,000 INR   a month.
