We are seeking to work with colleagues who possess the following qualifications and traits:
Relevant work experience (0-1 for Associate and min. 2-3 years for Sr. Associate) in client-facing sales, business development, or fundraising roles within the social impact sector.
Some level of experience working with one of the following cohorts: Workers/MSMEs/Farmers
An entrepreneurial mindset with high energy and outcome orientation
Genuine interest in understanding government systems 
Target oriented: Comfortable working toward individual and business targets 
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, combined with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
A genuine willingness to embrace feedback and actively seek opportunities for growth 
A strong desire to develop negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex situations.
The ability to multitask, take ownership of responsibilities, and think quickly on your feet.
Willingness to drive and execute revenue-based business models contributing to social impact.
