*Key Responsibilities:*
- Ensure adherence to quality standards in all aspects of operations.
- Conduct regular quality assessments and audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.

*Requirements:*
- Proven experience in a quality assurance or supervisory role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations.
