Key Responsibilities:
- ????Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- ????Project Management: Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with the mission and objectives.
- ????Partnership Building: Forge strong relationships with local stakeholders, government agencies, and international organizations to maximize impact.

Requirements:
- ???? Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Urban Planning/Policy, or related fields.
- ???? 10-12 years of experience in the social/development sector, with a proven track record of leadership and impact.
- ????Demonstrated commitment to driving social change and making a tangible difference in communities.
- ????Ability to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu and occasionally beyond.
- ????Strong networker with experience working with nonprofits, government agencies, and development banks.
- ????Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
