Position: Marketing & Communication Lead

Location: Ayodhya
The key outcomes expected from one in this role would be:
- Collaborate with the Yash Pakka Group marketing and communication team to develop a marketing and communication strategy to promote the foundation’s work at the community level and in the broader ecosystem
- Execute communication strategy
- Content creation for social media, including blogs, posts, tweets, and videos.
- Support media and other relevant external partner relationships as needed
- Contribute to corporate/partner engagement content development in collaboration with key internal as well as external stakeholders (Annual Fund, Annual Report)
- Maintain a communications editorial calendar for internal communication and web, email, and social media.
- Supervise external vendors and agencies, including digital marketing, designers, printers, and photographers hired by the department as necessary.
What you will bring to the table:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communication with global/reputated not– for–profit organisations.
- Excellent computer skills, professional level skills, and knowledge of desktop publishing for inhouse graphics design and production are a plus.
- Ability to work e- effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent written or oral communication in English and Hindi.
- Proven results in implementing marketing and communications strategic plans
- Proven results in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic HTML (WordPress, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while managing deadline
