Position: State Programme Manager

Location: Hyderabad 

HelpAge India is looking for suitable candidates for the position State Programme Manager. The position is based at Hyderabad however the person needs to travel within the states for monitoring, implementations and reports. The selected candidate will be part of the State team and the national programme implementation team. The position will report to State Head (Andhra Pradesh & Telangana).
 
The person will be overall responsible for :-
Project design and development
Budget Management
Supervision of all the projects in the state of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
Project reporting and evaluation
Assist SH& CSR team for all proposal related tasks.
Project Monitoring
Impact assessment
Any other programme related activities as per states requirements
The successful candidate will be:-
MSW / PG in social work / sociology with at least 8-10 years of hands on experience.
Should have excellent communication skills both written as well as oral
Should have good presentation and PR skills
Should be computer savvy
Should be sensitive to the cause of the organization
