Experience: 3-5 years of experience in proposal development within a consulting firm/NGO

Job Description:
-Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, from initial request for proposal (RFP) review to final submission, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
-Collaborate with the business development leads to gather information and insights necessary for proposal development.
-Develop proposal outlines, templates, and schedules to streamline the proposal creation process.
-Write, edit and format proposal content, ensuring clarity, coherence, and
alignment with client requirements and objectives.
-Coordinate with graphic designers and illustrators to enhance proposal visuals and overall presentation.
-Maintain a repository of proposal content, case studies, resumes, and other relevant materials for future reference and reuse.
-Track and analyse proposal outcomes and feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform best practices.

Role Specifications:
-Master’s in Business Administration (Preferably in Agri-business management, Rural Management) or P.G. in Agriculture or related domains.
-Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex concepts concisely and persuasively.
-Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and interact professionally with clients.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
