About the Role:

As the Operations Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading ground operations within the state for assigned locations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery of projects, liaise with clients and partners, and drive execution plans across project locations in the state to meet targets aligned with project and partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and monitor ground operations to achieve desired outcomes and ensure effective delivery mechanisms.

Liaise with clients and partners to understand their needs and expectations, and effectively communicate project progress.

Build and nurture a high-performing team, focusing on capacity building and mentoring to ensure project success.

Be solution-driven, providing quick resolutions to challenges and facilitating effective execution.

Support the development of innovative and sustainable revenue and operational models to drive organizational growth.

Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to effectively reach target customers and achieve organisational goals.
