Position: State Lead (Program & Operations)

A leading international non-profit organization seeks a development sector professional to lead their state programmatic portfolio. 
The incumbent will be overall in charge of program implementation, strategy, financial management, stakeholder management and alignment with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will bear a minimum of 7/8 years and up-to 15/16 years of relevant experience. 
Domain understanding of public health / disability / livelihoods will be an added advantage
