Position: Head of Operations

We are looking for a Head of Operations to join our team in Gurgaon, India. As the Head of Operations for an e-commerce organized retailer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain, including warehouse operations, to ensure the timely delivery of products to our customers. If you have a strong background in e-commerce operations and a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and cost savings, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction, while leading a team of operations professionals to execute day-to-day operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will also establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against operational goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field, a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and strong leadership and communication skills.
