Requirements:

DASAM (Dalit Adivasi Shakti Adhikar Manch) invites applications for the full-time in Delhi as “Program Associate” with responsibilities report writing, compilation of project components (Proposal writing), documentation, coordinate with team works, field visits etc. Candidate should have proficient in English and Hindi language in desired assignment.

Candidates with post-graduate or higher academic qualifications are also encouraged to apply even if they do not have any work experience.

The candidate should be minimum graduate in any discipline.

The candidate should exhibit high level of self-motivation, willing to take initiatives, and be creative in their approach to work.

The candidate will be required to travel extensively to field areas.
