Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop curriculum framework, video scripts, and other aspects of content strategy and video production
• Develop and integrate assessment rubrics into the curriculum
• Manage partner relationships
• Support communication (newsletters, press releases, social media content, etc.)
• Actively think about equity and inclusion—across gender, place, and socioeconomic disparities

Qualifications

• Passionate about hands-on, experiential, and interdisciplinary learning
• Experience with curriculum creation, syllabus alignment, and content writing and editing for a young adult audience
• Ability to research and curate content
• Excellent communication skills
• Manages work well and meet deadlines consistently
• Enjoys learning from people of diverse backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications (please apply if you believe you are a good fit, even if you do not meet all of these)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, or Science fields or equivalent practical experience
• Masters degree in Education or a related field
• Experience developing MOOCs or online courses
• Experience with makerspaces or engineering labs
