Position: Assistant Programme Manager

Location: Papum Pare, Arunachal Pradesh

Requirement 

1.We are looking for a young & enthusiastic professional Responsible for successful implementation of project.
2.project activities under three thematic areas- 1. Livelihood, environment & Agriculture 2. Education 3. Health, Watershed management.(sustainable Development)
3.Work with Director Livelihood and Project Manager and act in his absence.
4.Overall supervision of all the livelihood projects activities.
5.Provide technical input to Livelihood encompassing Agriculture & sustainable development related activities.
6.Supervise field studies, assessments etc.
7.Prepare & collect high quality timely project field reports.
8.Identify training needs for staff and inform project manager.
9.Prepare monthly project implementation plans of watershed management .
10.Prepare monthly budget of the activities and submit to the Project manager
11.Carry out direct reports performance appraisals as required in a timely manner.
12.Participate in workshops, training and meetings organized by Department and other agencies and contribute effectively to the success of the events.
Perform any other tasks assigned to by project manager or his/her designate.

Qualification and experience:

1.Bachelor’s in Rural development ,community Development, MARD or relevant field with minimum 3-4 years working experience in Only integrated Livelihood based project.
2. only Male Candidate of Arunachal Pradesh , Assam will be preferred.

Technical Skills:

i. Experience in rural development, Agricultural Extension, Livelihoods,livestock management, environment & 1.Clean energy 2. Education 3. Health,
Solid experience of community mobilization approaches and coordination with governments, corporate.
ii.Experience in Social work, rural development ,Agriculture , supply chain & marketing ,watershed management,emergency response and / or development projects.
iv.Strong supervisory and communication skills.
v.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines yet effectively coordinate program activities with departments and other similar interventions being implemented in the same operational area.
vi.Excellent spoken and written English.
vii.Microsoft Office Package skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)etc
viii.Responsible for mobilizing communities for successful implementation of project activities under three thematic areas - 1. Livelihood, environment & Clean energy 2. Education 3. Health, WASH & Climate Change and Adaptation.
