Job Responsibilities

 (A) Projects Execution

• To prepare detailed plan for the timely execution of the assigned project(s)
• To develop research tools as per Terms of Reference and Technical Proposal
• Interact closely with Data Collection & Quality Assurance teams to ensure timely collection of quality data
• To conduct data analysis in SPSS / STATA and write detailed research report offering evidence-based solutions

(B) Proposal Development

• To develop winning research proposals in response to tenders
• To prepare Power-point Presentation and present it before the clients

Eligibility:

PG in Social Sciences / Public Health / Economics / Environmental Sciences / Other related disciplines

Computer savvy with excellent command over Written English; to be adjudged through a test

Preference to candidates having excellent academic scores with proficiency in SPSS / STATA

This position requires candidates’ physical presence in the office.

Remuneration: WE DO NOT NEGOTIATE ON SALARY. Level shall be as adjudged by the selection committee.

Level 1: Rs. 30,000/- per month

Level 2: Rs. 40,000/- per month

Level 3: Rs. 50,000/- per month 

This is a full time regular position. Initially, the individuals will be appointed on a probationary basis for a period of 12-18 months. After successful completion of the probation period, the candidate would be absorbed by the organization with benefits, such as, PF, Health Insurance, Medical Allowance, Self-Development Allowance, etc.
