Position: Associate Coordinator- Consultant

Role and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the school, and implement the curriculum designed by Rubaroo as per the time table mutually agreed upon.
- Contextualise the curriculum for teaching SDGs to students in Grade 1 to Grade 8, ensuring alignment with educational standards and age-appropriate learning outcomes.
- Research, learn, and build personal experience to engage with the curriculum design, the lesson plans, activities, and materials to promote understanding and engagement with the SDGs, incorporating interactive and participatory teaching methods.
- Facilitation of Sessions: Deliver engaging sessions to students, introducing and exploring the concept of SDGs, their importance, and their relevance to their lives and communities. This would be done by spending time in research and learning, providing relevant examples, case studies, and success stories to illustrate the impact of sustainable actions and inspire students to become change agents.
- Partnering with the school to bring visibility of the curriculum within school events, newsletters, and other collateral.
- Assess student learning and progress through formative and summative evaluations, quizzes, and other assessment methods.
- Periodically monitor and provide feedback to students to support their understanding and application of SDG concepts.
- Manage logistics, resources, and coordinate programme implementation.
- Conduct pre – post survey for the programme, collate and document pre - post survey data.
- The document reports for the programme along with compiling data, photographs, and other resources.
- Support Social Media visibility and content for the project at Rubaroo.
Job Specification:
Must be fluent in Spoken English Language (Non Negotiable),
Should be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate
Prefered Age: 21-26 years
Must have a postgraduate degree in social sciences, social work, gender studies or equivalent educational qualifications with experience.
1-3 years of programme coordination and facilitation experience
Excellent interpersonal, organisational skills required along with Computer and Internet competency
