Position: State Operations Manager 

Requirement:

• Candidates must have skill Development background.
• Having experience in Placement / Resource management / Ground level manpower resourcing is an added advantage.

Responsibility:

•  "ground sourcing" targets assigned for the allocated district(s) Responsible for identify & recommend potential district level alliances to the Regional Manager Drive ground level marketing activities Plan initiatives at District(s) level with Regional Manager to build constant supply pipeline

Job Locations: Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana, Tamilnadu & Andhra Pradesh.

Eligibility:

• Above Average spoken & written communication skills - Hindi, English & Regional language of the state. Minimum 5-6 years of experience in relevant sector
• . Planning Skills Selling Skills Proven track record in managing & achieving fulfilment/ hiring targets at a district level Proven ability in mapping and managing alliances especially with Govt agencies (District administration, Local Police authorities etc)
