Position: Sustainable Coordinator

Organization: Rainbow Homes Program

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, develop and execute local fundraising strategies. Develop an integrated resource mobilization strategy in consonance with the overall Rainbow Homes fundraising strategy of SW.
2. Execute the strategy timely and through the skillful deployment of organization resources.
3. Preparing Proposals for the Long term/short-term support on comprehensive Care and Protection or on thematic areas as applicable.
4. Manage all day-to-day activities that contribute to the mobilization of resources, such as brand building, communication & publicity, events, merchandising, and ?donor relations
5. Establish corporate relations protocols and co-manage corporate relationships at the Organization level in coordination with RH Sustainability Wing at RHCC.
6. Ensure documentation of all procedures, donor details, reports, etc. Database updation of donations - confirmed, received, and pipeline sources.
7. Nurture existing relationships and expand the current network of donors by tapping into local organizations, Foundations, HNI, and foreign corporations. ?
8. Work closely with the program team at the Home/organization level to guide or receive guidance in understanding funding requirements and fund utilization issues at the home level, including fund analysis.
9. Prescribe, lead and conduct market research and marketing initiatives to assess donor priorities and identify opportunities for resource mobilization ?
10. Create an external support network of professionals to augment the performance of the in-house team and minimize costs.
11. Contribute to the growth and development of Rainbow Homes through participation and continuous appraisal of the existing fundraising strategy
12. Support Campaigns including making presentations to companies.
13. Communicate and liaison with all the stakeholders of the organization, internal ( e.g. City Desks, RHCC units programs, finance, and SW) and external ( e.g. donor and statutory body) for fundraising and other related activities.
14. Support in organizing meetings and training involving the local Network, City desk, and Rainbow Home Coordination Centre.
15. Any other as assigned by the line manager.


Educational Qualification & Work Experience:
Any Graduate or equivalent University degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience including a sound understanding of donor management process and fundraising for a non-profit organization.
Note: Administrative reporting to the organization, and functional reporting to the organization as well as SW at RHCC.

Remuneration: The salary offered for the position is Rs 30000/Month
