Job Description
- You work to initiate contact with individuals, decision-makers, and influencers for building relationships, conducting events at corporates, identifying new sale opportunities through cold calls, and generate qualified leads in order to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly fundraising targets.
- Generating, developing, and converting the leads to donations through various Direct Marketing Activities such as Marketing Promotional Activities, Acquisition of HNI’s & Ultra HNIs, Feet on street activities & Open Market Sales
- You have a strong eye for research, the ability to scout for new prospects, and establish donor relationships. Log in lead generation/management activity and contacts in sales system or CRM regularly
- You should be able to generate ideas for sales promotions & events that are in line with the organization's objectives
- Qualification and Competencies
- Any Graduate/Post-Graduate with 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in fund raising and donor relationship a plus
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of the local language is a must
